1. Minimum purchase $50. We would like to encourage our customers to purchase to the value of the desired treatment type and length of time.
2. All gift certificate are non refundable.
3. All gift certificates will expire in 2 years from the date of purchase.

If you prefer us to send the hard copy of the certificate, please purchase from the following options. Your gift certificate will be mailed to your address in approximately 2-3 business days. (By posted service you will be charged extra $5 add on a value of gift certificate which be purchased)

Online booking cancellation

• For any cancellation, 24 hours notice is required via email only. Cancellation will receive a full refund provided there is 24 hours notice. mumsabai.sydney@gmail.com

• Non refunds are available same day of treatments.

Workshop and Corporate

• We offer personalised workshop for couples and groups to promote wellness and wellbeing. From a couple experience to corporate wellness package we can tailor a session to your needs. Please enquire further with our friendly team.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not completely satisfied with your massage within the first 5-10 minutes, please let your therapist know and we will be happy to switch therapists. However, after 10 minutes of massage, we are unable to offer refunds as this policy is intended to prevent abuse of the guarantee.
